About

Selling a wallet means selling time

The time someone would otherwise have spent comparing contradictory spec sheets, hunting for a reliable setup procedure, wondering whether their parcel was going to announce its contents to the neighbourhood. Neowalt Supply exists to remove that friction — not to lengthen a catalogue.

Internal targets and estimates combining sales, customer feedback and in-house product testing. We would rather publish modest, verifiable figures than orders of magnitude nobody can check.

Why we exist

Three obstacles between you and self-custody

Moving from an exchange to a hardware wallet is not technically difficult. What holds people back are three well-identified points of friction. Our job is to make them disappear.

“Which one should I choose?”

Product pages compare whatever suits them. Our comparison tool puts the same criteria against every model — certification, connectivity, battery life, backup — and leaves the decision to you, based on how you will use it rather than on a sales pitch.

“And now what?”

A manufacturer's manual assumes you already know. Our step-by-step guides follow the official procedure and add the points to watch: what to check, what should raise a red flag, and the recovery test nobody thinks to run.

“Who will know?”

Receiving a hardware wallet should reveal nothing to anyone. Plain kraft packaging, generic label, collection from a pickup point and the option to pay in crypto: discretion is part of the product, not an extra.

What guides us

Three principles, including when they cost us

A charter is only worth something if it makes you give something up. Here is what these three principles have already made us give up.

01

Security before catalogue size

On-device verification, steel backups, best practices restated by default. What it costs us: several well-known brands are not listed, for lack of maintained firmware or reachable support. The catalogue is shorter — and defensible.

02

Transparency before conversion

Honest descriptions, precise compatibility, no promise of invulnerability. What it costs us: our product pages also say what a product does not do, and the comparison tool sometimes points to a cheaper model than the one we would rather have sold.

03

Real use before the spec sheet

A device handled under stress has to be legible, robust and predictable. What it costs us: we turn down profitable but fragile accessories, and we regularly advise a customer to wait rather than buy the wrong model.

Our method

How a product enters the catalogue

Four stages, in this order, for every item. A product that fails one of them does not move on to the next.

01

Checking the security guarantees

Certification level of the secure element or a documented air-gapped architecture, BIP39 / BIP32 compatibility, firmware update history. Without those three publicly verifiable elements, the assessment stops there.

02

Testing in customer conditions

We order the device like anyone else, then go through the whole process again: checking the seals, initialisation, a full recovery onto a second device, test transaction. That is where the unpleasant usability surprises show up.

03

Putting support to the test

A genuine technical question is sent to the manufacturer's support team. We look at the response time, the language and the quality of the answer. An excellent product with nobody answering when you get stuck is still a product we will not sell.

04

Documentation before going on sale

A detailed product page, an entry in the comparison tool using the same criteria as every other model, and a setup guide written by us. A product without its guide is not ready to be sold.

Our commitments

What you can hold us to

24 h dispatch

Order prepared within 24 working hours, delivery in 3 to 5 days within France. Unbranded packaging and collection from a pickup point available.

14-day returns

No reason required, on unused and non-personalised products. An initialised device cannot be taken back: that is a security rule, not a commercial one.

Secure payment

Bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal — and crypto payment for those who would rather not leave a banking trail.

Stated compatibility

Every accessory states the models it takes, tested physically. Unsure about a compatibility? Write to us before buying.

Our story

From a frustration to a shop

2025 · Idea & launch

Neowalt is born

The starting point: buying a hardware wallet in France meant choosing between a marketplace with no guarantee on the supply chain and a manufacturer's site with no advice. Selecting the first suppliers, picking the accessories that are genuinely useful, putting the shop online.

2026 · Development

The comparison tool and the first guides

The questions we received all looked alike: “which one should I choose” and “how do I set it up”. The answer: a comparison tool covering the whole range and setup guides brand by brand. Continuous improvement of the product pages, a presence at trade shows, first feedback from the field.

2027 · Roadmap

Going further on security

Advanced guides on multisig and Shamir sharing, extending the range to metal backups and inheritance solutions, logistics work to widen the list of countries we ship to. Targets, not promises — this line will move according to your feedback.

Ecosystem

The brands we distribute

Five manufacturers selected on verifiable criteria: certified secure element, open standards, maintained firmware, reachable support.

A question before you order?

Accessory compatibility, choosing between two models, a missing guide, a product return: write to us at contact@neowalt.com. We reply within 24 working hours — and we will tell you frankly if the product you have in mind is not the right one for your use.

Frequently asked questions

About Neowalt

Who exactly are you?
Neowalt Supply is a French shop specialising in hardware wallets and their accessories. We manufacture nothing: we select, test, document and ship. Our added value lies in the filtering done upstream and in the documentation — comparison tool, guides, security page — not in the size of the catalogue.
Are your customer reviews verified?
The ratings shown come from feedback collected after ordering. We do not delete negative reviews: they help us correct the product pages and, when it is justified, withdraw an item. You can read them on the Reviews page.
What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
Write to us: we open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, we reship or refund. A hardware wallet lost in transit is never a risk to your funds — the device is new, uninitialised, and holds no key until you have set it up.
Do you offer personalised advice?
Yes, on choosing the hardware and on backup best practices. We do not, however, give any investment advice, and we will never ask for your seed phrase, under any pretext. Anyone presenting themselves as Neowalt support and asking you for it is a scammer: see the Security page.

Understand first, buy afterwards

The comparison tool to choose, the guides to set up, the security page to avoid mistakes. The shop comes afterwards — and only if a product genuinely matches your use.
