These General Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of the NeoWalt website (the “Site”), published by NeoWalt Supply (the “Publisher”). By browsing the Site, the user (the “User”) accepts these Terms of Use without reservation.

2. Hosting (Shopify)
The Site is hosted and operated on the Shopify cloud infrastructure.

Data relating to customers located in the EU/EEA is initially processed by the Irish entity. Transfers to other regions may take place under the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the applicable compliance mechanisms. Shopify may rely on cloud regions (including GCP) to ensure performance and availability.

3. Access and availability
- The Site is freely accessible to any User with an Internet connection.
- The Publisher may temporarily restrict access (maintenance, updates, security) without notice.
- Connection and equipment costs remain the responsibility of the User.
4. Intellectual property
- The contents of the Site (texts, guides, visuals, logos, design, code) are protected by applicable law.
- Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.
- The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
5. Permitted / prohibited use
- Use must comply with the law and with these Terms of Use; third-party rights must be respected.
- It is prohibited to attempt to compromise the security of the Site (intrusion, malware, overload, abusive scraping).
- It is prohibited to publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content contrary to public order.
- It is prohibited to exploit the contents commercially without the written authorisation of the Publisher.

- The information published is provided for information purposes only. Despite the care taken, no guarantee of accuracy or completeness is given.
- The Publisher accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site.
- External links are provided for convenience; the Publisher accepts no liability for their contents.
7. Personal data & cookies
The processing of personal data by NeoWalt Supply complies with the GDPR. NeoWalt Supply acts as data controller for its own operations; Shopify acts as data processor within the meaning of the Shopify DPA.
- The purposes include providing the Site, security, audience measurement and customer relations.
- GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability) may be exercised at: contact@neowalt.fr.
- The conditions under which cookies are placed and consent is managed are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Publisher may amend these Terms of Use at any time. New versions take effect as soon as they are published online. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use then in force.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not settled amicably, the courts of Bordeaux (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
